1. How do I join the community?

We have so many ways for you to be part of Sunflower Avenue ♡

Our private Instagram community, @sunflowerbbyss, is where it all began. Simply request to join and you’ll be welcomed in. We keep it private to create a safe, supportive space for our family.

You can also join our Sunflowerbbys Facebook Community, where we share updates, conversations, and upcoming events 👀


2. What sizes do you offer?

Our current size range is XS–XXXXL (varies slightly by style).

You can find detailed measurements in the size guide on each product page to help you find your best fit.

We’re always working to expand our sizing -if you’d like to see a specific size added, please email us. Your feedback genuinely shapes future drops.


3. How do I find the right size for me?

Each product has its own size guide with detailed measurements.

Our pieces are designed with comfort in mind. Some styles may have a more relaxed or sculpted fit depending on the fabric and design.

If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend:

  • Sizing down for a more fitted look
  • Staying true to size for everyday comfort

4. What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached

Please note:

  • We offer store credit or exchange for change-of-mind returns
  • Refunds are only issued for items deemed faulty in line with our policy

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use this to follow your parcel via the shipping provider.


6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide 🌍

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including:

8. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll always do our best to help, however:

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes

Each garment includes specific care instructions on the label.

For best results, we recommend:

  • Cold, gentle wash
  • Mild detergent
  • No bleach
  • Air dry only

Please note: Our bamboo fabrics are ultra-soft and delicate - handle with care and follow washing instructions to maintain their quality and longevity.


10. What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

We’re so sorry if this happens, we take quality seriously.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll review this promptly and organise a replacement or refund where applicable.

12. When will items restock?

Some of our pieces are produced in limited runs and may not be restocked once sold out.

14. Is the bamboo fabric see-through?

No. Our fabrics are designed to feel lightweight while still offering comfortable coverage.

Lighter shades may be slightly more delicate, so we recommend wearing skin-toned or seamless underwear for the best finish.


15. What does the fabric feel like?

Our Sculpt pieces are made from a premium bamboo blend that feels:

  • Ultra-soft
  • Breathable
  • Smooth against the skin

It has a second-skin feel ~ stretchy, lightweight, and designed to move with you without feeling restrictive.


16. Are the pieces supportive?

Our tanks are designed for light, everyday support.

  • Halter Tank: more sculpted, flattering hold
  • Line Tank: bra-friendly with thicker straps
  • Fine Tank: lightweight with adjustable straps

For higher-impact support, we recommend layering with your preferred bra.


17. Can I wear a bra with these?

Yes! depending on the style:

  • Line Tank: designed to be worn with a bra
  • Fine Tank: adjustable straps allow flexibility with different bras
  • Halter Tank: best worn without a bra or with a strapless option


18. Will the fabric stretch or lose shape?

No, our bamboo elastane blend is designed to hold its shape while staying soft and flexible.

With proper care, your pieces will maintain their fit wear after wear.


19. What are the pieces best for?

Our Sculpt range is designed for everyday wear, including:

20. How do I style the pieces?

All Sculpt pieces are designed to be worn together or separately.

  • Sculpt Pants or Shorts for a matching set
  • Denim or cargos for an elevated casual look
  • Layers like hoodies or button-ups for versatility


21. Are your pieces true to size?

Yes, we recommend taking your usual size for the intended fit.

If you prefer a more sculpted, snatched look, you can size down.
If you prefer a more relaxed feel, stay true to size.
